Title Resources Guaranty Company is pleased to provide the Insured Closing Letter Service. Any licensed TRGC agent with internet access can now process a request form that allows them to prepare and transmit via fax the Insured Closing Letter to the Lender, the Agent or both. To begin using the service, please contact Errin Froggatt at 972-644-6500 or 800-526-8018 to receive a User Name and Password. Upon assignment of your user name and password, a nonexclusive, revocable right to use the site is granted. In utilizing this service, Agents must adhere to these instructions and continue to be bound by their respective Agency Agreements. Access to this service is at the sole discretion of TRGC and may be withdrawn at any time. Reasons to withdraw an Agent's privileges include, but are not limited to, failure to abide by the intended and expected use of the Insured Closing Letter Service web site. TRGC reserves the right to change the service from time to time, as necessary.
